Words cannot express the experience, expertise and compassion I received at this office. I had an accident that crushed 80% of my face resulting in very unique teeth repairs/reconstruction to be performed on both my maxilla & mandible. From day one Dr Hoyos, Barbara and staff welcomed me with open arms, always polite and friendly putting me at ease with the plan moving forward. Dr Hoyos even took time out of his busy schedule to meet multiple times after hours with my oral surgeon due to the collaborated effort that was needed moving forward. This plan was executed with precision and expertise, even the occasional surprise or unanticipated challenge was completed with a smile. Following many appointments, I was left speechless or in joyful tears from how well things were turning out, Dr Hoyos said they would put their whole heart into my repairs, giving it their all and that was what I experienced each visit and throughout the whole reconstruction process, not stopping until it was perfect. I would consider Dr Hoyos a master of his profession, working through & overcoming each obstacle or challenge, a true perfectionist.....only excepting the very best for me. Dr. Hoyos and assistant Barbara operated like a well oiled machine, each knowing what was needed without always saying it....... sometimes only stopping for a short five minute break during my more complicated sessions. It was such a joy to come to my appointments, always greeted with smiles from the front desk which handled the behind the scenes processes perfectly and a warm welcome from Barbara or a sincere hello how are you doing from Dr Hoyos. The lab staff produced remarkable products as needed and in short order, very impressive. Dr. Hoyos and staff always made me feel comfortable and worked hard to give me the best smile I could have! I would consider this one of the best Prosthodontist offices in the state of Florida and I highly recommend having any orthodontist needs completed here. For my entire life I have had serious issues with a severe overbite. Dr. Hoyos was absolutely fabulous in addressing this issue together with providing a new set of beautiful natural looking teeth that was mated to my new corrected bite patterns. While doing the fittings dentures were very tight and thin. Once I received the final dentures the were very loose, thick, and no tooth reveal on the inside of dentures. Spent 48 hundred dollars and the sit in the medicine closet because when I put them in all I do is gag on them.

I was referred to Dr. Hoyos by my dentist as I had loose bridges, missing molars and several crowns that needed replaced but I was fearful of going through the pain and suffering of having a lot of dental work done. I truly thought I was going to need dentures. Dr Hoyos is very meticulous and professional. He did my full mouth restoration and the results are better than I though they could be; he corrected every imperfection in my mouth from gums to teeth and I can smile while showing my teeth again. I had ground my teeth since I was a child and had dental work done very frequently all my life. In my 40's I was at the point where I had to have a full mouth/teeth restoration done. I did an extensive search and met with many local professionals in the industry; basically interviewing them. I did this because it was a major investment for me and the results would be a big impact on my look and health. Some wanted to do patch work for cheap and others wanted to do full mouth restoration for very very expensive costs. Dr Hoyos was excited to be able to help with a full mouth restoration and he was truly passionate about his field of expertise and what he could do for me. His price was very good for a full mouth restoration (half the price of one in Orlando), his credentials, passion, office, and staff was very good also, so I chose Dr Hoyos. He first identified why I had been grinding my teeth all my life, I had moved towns many times and seen many dentists over the years and he was the only one that took the initiative to identify this. He explained it was crucial to identify this to protect my investment and to maintain healthy teeth and gums. The overall experience was pleasant and I looked forward to every visit and ultimately the final results. The results were better than I thought they could be. It has been several years now and my teeth still feel and look excellent. I still get complements from friends and strangers on how great my teeth look. The results of this major restoration changed the way I look, eat, and live. The price he quoted was the price it cost; he did not "up the price" or "nickel-dime" me.
